Okay, I seem to go for long stunts without updating, and generally falling off the face of the earth...
Sorry.
Not like I have followers anyhow (depressed)

So, I now live at school almost *cough* full time, We live on main street in a tiny little town.. I hook  my dog out on his chain, sit on the step, and proceed to knit and watch traffic.

::ROJECTS::::
* I am continuously trying to perfect fingerless mittens. Thus have many little half breeds around the house (much to my roommates distaste)
* I started making a blanket, but gave up on that while I got distracted by the whole fingerless mitten concept.
* I would like to make something with finger weaving, possible scarf? Hat? errr..purse? Can it be felted??
All to be determined.

Hello all,
about 8 months have gone by since I wrote last - really I'm not in the mood to write a fancy journal like I usually do, sorry.

I am working on a few projects, mostly mittens, for the up comming holidays, I am getting a 100 gal bag of yarn from my aunt in a few weeks, so that should be some knitting fun.

Made a dog bed, made a purse..
will post pictures in a bit.

Just letting you all know that I am back and active.

H A P P Y   -  S P R I N G
I wandered into the archives in my main account (fadedoak) and I had bitchin' journals so Its time to whip that out into my craft zone here. I did manage to write this journal before I hit the wrong button and.. "POOF" it was gone. So re-writing!

U P D A T E S
So I have a few plans because well, I kinda have neglected this account. I have so many things I have to put up, but since I live in a little dorm room in WI and well, theres not any space or time for me to do things... plus the fact that my hometown is where all my stuff is.. there is a slight problem there.

I am working on getting my name out there, by joining clubs and exploring and commenting on the artist at the artisan craft club. I am in the A's still but I am working my way through that...

I did manage to make a tutorial for my fingerweaving while boredom struck at the sloppy mid season where no one visits me. Even though its pretty elementy but it can be used as a base for alot of other projects, I use this funky tie method to actually make functional projects...so I have to think of a theme about that one to make a fingerwoven purse. Yeah, so any ideas? maybe?

P O I N T S - TO - L I V E - BY (things to get done)
ø Get series of dog toys up (before Sammy Eats them)
ø Knit a plush-esque with extra balls of yarn
ø Finish second half of fingerweaving tute.
ø Join clubs relation to craft...

Who knew that a childhood craft could be used to make fab now-adays things. Since I am mega bored at work, its a visitor center, and we get a shit ton of people on the nice days, but today and the rest of the week is going to be this gross sloppy muddy season that only dogs like.

So, I am going to create a tutorial for the new project I am going to try.
